Bespoke Learning is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards in our design and development.
Our Commitment
We strive to make our website and online services accessible, regardless of a user's abilities or disabilities. Our goal is to provide an inclusive learning environment so everyone can access our educational services and resources in a respectful, equitable way.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our primary technical standard and aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where feasible, we are progressively aligning with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
We also aim to align with applicable accessibility and human rights laws, including:
- Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its web standards
- Accessible Canada Act (ACA) principles
- Relevant provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for our U.S. users
- Comparable accessibility obligations in other jurisdictions where we operate

Scope and Third-Party Services
This statement applies to the main Bespoke Learning websites and web applications that we control.
We use third-party platforms and services such as scheduling tools, video conferencing tools, payment processors and learning platforms. Examples include video call tools, Stripe, Wise.live and others.
We do not control the accessibility of these third-party services, but we:
- Aim to choose vendors that demonstrate a commitment to accessibility
- Raise issues with vendors when accessibility barriers are reported to us
- Offer alternative options where feasible when a third-party tool is not accessible for a user
Current Compliance Status
We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility benchmark. We are working towards consistent conformance across our site.
Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA or may present accessibility barriers for some users. This can include:
- Pages or components that have not yet been fully reviewed or remediated
- Content contributed by third parties
- Legacy content or documents created before our current accessibility practices
We treat reported issues as a priority and address them as part of our ongoing improvement process.
