The support you need, without the marketplace noise

Bespoke Learning is a small, high-support tutoring company—not an open listing platform. We agree expectations directly, introduce tutors thoughtfully, and handle the operational work around each lesson.

We coordinate scheduling, billing, payments, and family communication so your time stays focused on students.

    A practical tutor portal

Manage availability, upcoming lessons, student notes, homework, summaries, and income in one place.

    Clear contractor rates

Your USD rate is agreed with you before teaching begins and can be reviewed as the relationship develops.

Work with a small team that knows its tutors and responds directly when teaching or operational support is needed.

    Current recruitment focus

Clear priorities. An open application pipeline.

We accept every complete application, then classify experience against the profiles and subjects we need most. That keeps the door open without obscuring today's priorities.

    A straightforward process

    What happens after you apply

Classification helps us organize applications. It never replaces professional judgment.

    1. Share your experience

Complete the application and attach your resume. Every structurally complete application enters the pipeline.

    2. We classify the profile

Qualifications and experience are organized against current priorities. Classification is not a hiring decision.

    3. A person reviews it

Our recruitment team reviews the full context and follows up when your profile aligns with an active opening.

    Before you apply

    Frequently asked questions

Which tutor profiles are currently prioritized?

Our current priorities are certified classroom teachers with direct IB experience and established IB tutors with strong professional records. Ontario-trained IB Math teachers are the most immediate need. Complete applications outside these priorities are still accepted and classified for human review.

What level of English is required?

Tutors are expected to communicate in English at CEFR C1 level or above. Educators applying exclusively to teach a language other than English are exempt from this requirement; they should have equivalent advanced proficiency in the language they teach and enough working English for clear professional communication.

Can I apply from outside Canada?

Yes. Applications are open worldwide, and all lessons are delivered remotely. Tutors work with Bespoke Learning as independent contractors rather than employees.

    How are tutor rates handled?

You enter your own expected rate in USD. There is no suggested public range. Any contractor rate is discussed and agreed with you before teaching begins.

    What happens after I submit?

Your complete application is recorded and classified against current recruitment priorities. A person reviews the application and resume; automated tools may organize information, but they do not score, accept, or reject candidates.

What support and tools do tutors receive?

Tutors receive practical support for scheduling, billing, payments, lesson notes, summaries, homework, progress tracking, and family communication. The goal is to reduce administration without prescribing how you teach.

Your expertise deserves a thoughtful process.

Share your profile when you're ready. We'll make sure it reaches a human reviewer.
